Learn to swim with the comfort of your peers in a group setting. Whether you are a beginner or you're simply looking to refine your stroke, we've got a group swimming lesson for you! Typical class size is 6 participants to 1 instructor.

1.Swim Stroke Clinic Schedule
Want to improve your swim stroke mechanics! Each session consists of a short lecture and selected drills highlighting correct and incorrect stroke mechanics and techniques. These are followed up with individual instruction and coaching. Excellent for the beginner to the most advanced swimmer, including tri-athletes!
 

Water Fitness Classes

1. Shallow Water Class Schedule
Taught in the shallow end of the pool, this very popular class designed for the general population where all are welcome. The class participant will experience a great cardio workout while providing low-impact, muscular resistance and a wide range of exercises.

2. Deep Water Class  [click for more]

2. Deep Water Class Schedule
Taught in the deep water without touching the bottom of the pool, this class provides the least impact and the most resistance.

4. Silver Splash  [click for more]

4. Silver Splash Schedule
Activate your urge for variety! This class offers lots of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming skills are required. A variety of equipment may be utilized during this class as well. This class is a perfect compliment for those who participant in the YMCA's Silver Sneaker Program!
