Why Give to the YMCA?
With YOUR help, the Valley of the Sun YMCA will build strong kids, strong families and strong communities.
It is the policy of the YMCA that no person is denied membership or program participation because of an inability to pay. The programs at the YMCA teach our kids to embrace the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. By encouraging these values, YMCA programs guide our kids down a positive, enriching path through exciting educational, mental and physical activities.
We must stand up to the challenges that many of our neighborhoods are facing and continue to provide social services, health and education to those in need. YOU can support our community through the YMCA programs and services. Just imagine what we can achieve...when we work together.

DONATE your vehicle (car, boat, RV, etc.) to benefit YMCA programs. All proceeds from the sale
of your vehicle will directly benefit the local community. Because of YOUR donation,
children and families will be able to participate in YMCA programs.

Strong Kids and Families Campaign
Giving to the Valley of the Sun YMCA enriches the lives of those in our community. The Valley of the Sun Strong Kids Campaign ensures:
- Sports programs develop strong bodies and healthy habits while teaching values of teamwork | Child-care programs offer a safe and nurturing environment for boys and girls whose parents are at work | Recreational and leadership development programs give teens a positive, alternate after-school activity | Swimming programs teach children how to be safe in and around water | Family activities build strong kids and create lasting memories for parents and children
