Monday-Thursday 8am-2pm; 4pm-7:30pm
Friday 8am-1:30pm
Saturday 8am-12:30pm
Sunday 9am-12:30pm



 

Personal Training Specials
Jump Start Package:
3 1-hour sessions with a personal trainer for only $90! (One time only)


Yoga for the Deaf is now available!
When: Saturdays 12:00-1:15pm
Where: Studio 1
Fee: Free to YMCA Members, $10 per class for non-member
Yoga Instructor is Proficient in American Sign Language
 
Adventure Guides
Adventure Guides was established by the YMCA over 75 years ago to help Fathers develop lasting relationships with their daughters and sons through mutual activities and interests. In addition to monthly activities that build self-esteem, foster understanding and companionship between Fathers and their children, circles meet weekly at different times and days.
