As summer temperatures heat up, we naturally look to cool, refreshing foods to enjoy. Try this tasty dip/spread with assorted raw vegetables and whole grain crackers

Vegetable Dip

1 ¼ c unsalted cashews
¾ c water
3 T lemon juice
1/3 c apple cider vinegar
1/3 c olive oil
1 T agave syrup (optional)
2-3 cloves garlic
3 t onion powder
1 t dill
1 t parsley
1 t sea salt

Place in high speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
(Keep refrigerated)
