Richard has been a member of the Y for 11 years. You can always find him in our water fitness or Silver Sneakers classes cracking “dad jokes” or directing new participants to the proper equipment that they will need to have a successful first-class.
Richard’s workout routine
He works out 4 to 5 times per week and always walks into the Y ready and rearing to give our Member Service staff a hard time. (Our staff secretly enjoy this part of their day and look forward to giving him a hard time right back.)
When he is not exercising at the Y, he can be found helping out with many of our Senior Socials and has been crowned our official turkey carver for the Thanksgiving luncheon every year. Thanks for always stepping into volunteer and way to go, Richard, we are so proud of your hard work!
