It has been a challenging year for all youth. Social isolation and a year of virtual learning raise valid concerns about learning loss and the state of mental well-being for each child. This summer the YMCA is rising to meet these needs. Staff are receiving additional training to care for the mental well-being of youth. Curriculum now includes activities that combat learning loss. All within the traditional Y Camp structure that fosters new friendships, provides safe risk-taking opportunities, and nurtures a sense of belonging that only the Y can provide. Preschoolers will experience our enriching environments that utilize Creative Curriculum to provide intentional play-based activities. School Aged youth will have fun in overnight camp or day camp: arts, sports, and all kinds of adventure await! Teens will be able to choose between adventure-based experiences in Teen Camp or leadership-based employment preparedness experiences in Leaders In Training (LIT) or Counselor In Training (CIT).

We remain vigilant about the safety and well-being of all our participants and will operate within guidelines from the CDC, American Camp Association, YUSA, and state and local health departments. Weekly programs and rates available for ages 2 – 17 beginning in May. We look forward to welcoming you into our YMCA family!
