Ms. Diolenda Sellers, 89 years young, works out a minimum of 5 days a week. Ms. Sellers attributes her commitment to exercise from her former hobby as body builder. Even when Diolenda is tired, she always makes time to come to the Y because she always feels better after a workout. She can also be seen at the senior luncheons and monthly dominos group.
