Exercise is among the most important things you can do to keep your heart healthy and minimize the risk of heart disease, which is the No. 1 cause of death in the U.S.

At the Y, we offer tons of different exercise options, from abdominal-focused classes to yoga and Zumba. Our wellness centers are stocked with a variety of cardio equipment and we offer personal trainers who can help you get started if you are new to working out or add variety to your routine.

To help get you motivated this month, on February 4th we’re launching our ALL IN group exercise challenge. ALL IN is an 8-week challenge where you can earn points and win prizes for participating in group exercise and bringing guests. Each week you participate, you’ll be entered in a weekly prize drawing.
