Our 1st place winner, Brenda Hershey, takes 6 classes every week! Katie Howard loves taking our Cycle & Abs class along with Muscle Conditioning. Karen Samsel enjoys the Strength Train Together and taking Zumba twice a week! We are so proud to have such enthusiastic members dedicated to healthy living here at the Y.
We believe healthy living is not just a fad, it’s a way of life. The Y here to help you reach your goals. Our group fitness classes are just another way to help you get there! We offer anything and everything from Ball Pilates and Retro Step to 55+ Alive and Silver Sneakers. We even have a fencing club that meets every Tuesday and Thursday!
