Small Group Personal Training classes provide guidance and individualized attention at an affordable price.

Our Trainers will lead your group through a variety of exercises incorporating body weight training, functional training, TRX training and more. Draw from the energy of your group as you push yourself for real results.

Small group Personal Training is open to all members. It is a paid program that gets you a half hour session with a trainer up to ten times per week! We offer small group training M-F at 6am and 5:30pm. All members are welcome to try out a session for free!
