Group Core is a 30 minute intense core strength workout. This class will help strengthen everything from your shoulders to your hips. Not only will you have rock hard abs from participating in this class, but group core also helps with back pain. My name is Meelad and I’ve been with the Northwest Valley YMCA since October of 2014 and I have the privilege of instructing this class for you! While this class is intense (and fun), I understand that anyone can quickly improve physically by participating in class. That’s what motivated me to pick Group Core and why we have added a few classes to our schedule. This class is for everyone, male or female, and I am truly looking forward to helping others achieve their goals!
