I have worked with Elena Steinbeiss in the Achievers program. She helps me with my goals in life and work experience.<\/p>\n<h3>My YMCA work family has taught me a lot.<\/h3>\n<p>They showed me how to keep my anxiety under control in stressful situations. They have always been there for me. My group home family has never given up on me. I appreciate everything they have ever done for me.<\/p>\n<p>My favorite staff member is Elise Nilles, the membership experience director, and my supervisor. I see her as a sister to me. We always take turns buying each other food and supporting one another. When I am going through something, she always lets me tell her what\u2019s wrong. I love her. She is the only one who knows what I am worth.<\/p>\n<p>My growth and improvement here have been amazing. I have met so many special people I care about.
