Y’s offer classes and programs for those dealing with chronic disease, joint and injury rehabilitation, stress and pregnancy, in addition to health assessments and wellness coaching. We have group fitness programs geared toward teens, sports, activities, teen nights, and much more.
We believe that teens should understand the importance of physical activity and learn to make healthy lifestyle choices in a fun and support environment. Our teen fitness programs are designed to be age appropriate and promote lifelong healthy habits.

Yoga helps to improve strength, flexibility, concentration and coordination.
Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self respect and respect for others all while practicing this ancient art.

Teen karate is a program that incorporates self-discipline with martial arts movements while allowing for advancement at the individual student’s pace. Classes vary with experience and beginners are welcome.
