Living healthy is about spirit, mind and body at every age and stage. Y’s offer classes and programs for those dealing with chronic disease, joint and injury rehabilitation, stress and pregnancy, in addition to health assessments and wellness coaching. We have group fitness programs geared toward teens, sports, activities, teen nights and much more.
We believe that teens should understand the importance of physical activity and learn to make healthy lifestyle choices in a fun and support environment. Our teen fitness programs are designed to be age appropriate and promote lifelong healthy habits.

Learn, Live, Love Yoga!
This 40 minute class will teach kids (ages 9 and up) the basics of Yoga. While giving your child a great way to exercise Yoga can also help your child:
- Learn to manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and healthy movement.
- Build concentration.
- Increase their confidence and positive self-image.
- Feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group.
