Living healthy is about spirit, mind and body at every age and stage. Y’s offer classes and programs for those dealing with chronic disease, joint and injury rehabilitation, stress and pregnancy, in addition to health assessments and wellness coaching. We have group fitness programs geared toward teens, sports, activities, teen nights and much more.

We believe that teens should understand the importance of physical activity and learn to make healthy lifestyle choices in a fun and support environment. Our teen fitness programs are designed to be age appropriate and promote lifelong healthy habits.

Eight weeks of exercise and nutrition education for our youngest YMCA Members. This staff-supervised program was designed for children/teens that are at risk for obesity. All Kids Can is free for those who have obtained a doctor’s prescription.
