What You Know Could Save a Life!
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, also known as CPR, is a lifesaving technique useful in many emergences, including heart attack or near drowning, which someone’s breathing or heartbeat has stopped.
The YMCA provides a class that is designed to teach the proper techniques used in CPR to adults, teens, and youth. It’s important to know the differences between each of the age groups.Participates will receive training in CPR, the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), and the relief of a chocking adult, child, and infant.
