Take advantage of muscular strength exercise and range movement.

Silver Sneakers is offered as part of our Active Older Adults program to support physical, intellectual, and spiritual strength for seniors.

Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and skills required during activities for daily living. Handheld weights, resistance bands, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and standing support, stretching, and relaxation.
