Recreational Youth Volleyball Teams

Grade 1 – Grade 6

Valley of the Sun’s youth recreational volleyball teams provide an on-ramp for Grades 1 through 6 players to build a foundational understanding of the game, including setting, serving, positioning, and communication. Our recreational teams are a great place to learn about the sport and build lasting friendships. Players will learn technical volleyball skills and develop essential life skills they’ll use forever.

Competitive Youth Volleyball Teams

Grade 4 – High School

Valley’s competitive volleyball league allows older players to compete in a more challenging environment against other competitive teams. Players will develop advanced skills, such as strategic serving, setting, spiking techniques, and team coordination, to elevate their level of play. For players in Grades 4-6 seeking a more advanced experience, Valley of the Sun’s competitive team is a great place to begin, offering opportunities to build leadership skills, resilience, and a healthy competitive spirit.
