Learn, Live, Love Yoga!

This 40 minute class will teach kids (ages 9 and up) the basics of Yoga. While giving your child a great way to exercise Yoga can also help your child:

  • Learn to manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and healthy movement.
  • Build concentration.
  • Increase their confidence and positive self-image.
  • Feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group.
