Karen has had a long and arduous journey getting her weight under control and back on track after having her third child. In less than 8 months she has lost over 50 lbs. That is Amazing!<\/p>\n
Karen has demonstrated amazing dedication and focus, coming to the Y every day with her three children in tow. Karen is an amazing person and truly an inspiration.<\/p>\n
She has thought many times of switching to another gym for a little bit more flexibility, with more machines, but she has said she can\u2019t bring herself to do it because of how everyone here at the Y supports her in her efforts, knows her kids by name and how much her kids love AKC.<\/p>\n
She really enjoys the Y and enjoys bringing her kids here to where they feel comfortable and she can continue to focus on her new goals while knowing her children are having a fun and safe time and under excellent care.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
