About Yuma Family YMCA

The Yuma Family YMCA opened April 2000 and moved to its new facility in the summer of 2013, conveniently located near shopping centers and main roads. We have many qualities that make us unique, we are the only workout facility in Yuma that offers Child Watch/ Amazing Kids, and we have three fitness studios where we offer a variety of classes including a dedicated Group Cycling Room and over sixty fitness classes each week, locker rooms, family restroom with shower, a fitness center with free weights and machines, group exercise programs including Silver Sneakers, Zumba gold, Group Cycling and more.

Our programs, services and initiatives enable kids to realize their potential, prepare teens for college, and offer ways for families to have fun together and empower people to be healthier in spirit, mind and body. We regularly offer special events where families and the community can join, Community Days, Healthy Kids Day, Christmas Programs, Halloween Programs, Summer Programs, and Spring Programs. We have our doors open for any questions, our friendly staff and leaders are here to help!

I’ve only been with YMCA for about a month now and I love it especially because they have childcare. That was one of my main reasons I was not going to the gym because of not having a sitter but now I have no excuse and I love it.
