Cora Taylor is one of our active older adults’ members. She has been a member of the Northwest Valley Family YMCA since 2015 and was a previous member at the Glendale Y. Her first experience at the YMCA was when she was a child growing up in New York. She attended Ballet and other activities.
One of her favorite things about being a member is doing Silver Start with instructor Jo. She looks forward to attend her class, because of the people and friends she has met, and the positive atmosphere. As the summer season is amount us, she would like to participate in an Aqua Zuma class over the summer. She says that “the Y keeps me walking and staying active”.
