The Ross Farnsworth – East Valley Family YMCA opened in October of 2009. Named after Ross Farnsworth, responsible for overseeing the capital development initiative to build our state-of-the-art facility, we offer individuals and families the opportunity to engage with one another and empower members of the community to be healthier in spirit, mind, and body. Whether you are seeking life-changing fitness opportunities, affordable childcare, or to participate in one of the many events we offer throughout the year, every Y opportunity offers positive change and we encourage you to experience the endless possibilities that await you at The Ross Farnsworth – East Valley Family YMCA.
Our facility is conveniently located on South Sunview, next to the renowned AT Still University campus just off of Baseline and Recker roads.

Absolutely love this YMCA. We joined as a family for $80 bucks a month. You receive free swim lessons for 3-4 year olds. Drop in day care while you work out for 2 hours, and date night drop off. Just for that it’s totally worth it! Great family YMCA. Lots of diversity and the Zumba class is really fun!
I Love this place. Has an excellent staff, daycare center employees are wonderful. Facility is always clean. Great family environment, youth sports programs, fundraisers. Get involved with the YMCA, you’ll never regret becoming a part of a great place
Wonderful Y! Came by for a post Thanksgiving workout and the facility is beautiful. Very nice cardio equipment. Not to crowded and I felt right at home. I love visiting other Y’s while traveling and this Y did not disappoint.
