About Ross Farnsworth - East Valley Family YMCA

The Ross Farnsworth - East Valley Family YMCA opened in October of 2009.  The Y is named after one of our charitable contributors, Ross Farnsworth, who oversaw the capital development initiative to build our state of the art facility.  We are conveniently located on South Sunview, next to the well renowned AT Still University just off of Baseline and Recker.
As a leading non-profit dedicated to meeting the needs of the community we engage individuals and families primarily in the East Mesa and Gilbert region.  We work every day to ensure that you, your family and our community have the resources and support to learn, grow and thrive.
The Ross Farnsworth-East Valley YMCA is one of 16 locations within the Valley of the Sun YMCA Association, serving the greater Phoenix area.  At the Y, we offer family friendly activities for all ages. Amenities within the walls of the facility include:  Pool, full size gymnasium, spacious group fitness studio, free weights, fitness machines, adult and family locker rooms, rockwall and child care.
With a focus on developing the potential of every child, improving individual health and well-being, and giving back and supporting our neighbors, being a member of the Ross Farnsworth-East Valley Y will also bring about meaningful change not just within yourself, but in your community.

I like working out here.  I go to school right next door, so it’s easy to stay a little later after my day is over to work out.
