Shotokan Karate Adult Class – East Valley YMCA
Karate training helps develop agility, coordination, strength, humility, and courtesy, while providing a positive way to manage the stress of everyday life. Students will learn punching, kicking, striking, and blocking techniques, with an emphasis on self-protection and self-betterment, not competition.
