"I have been with the YMCA for a little over a year. I started out at the Tempe branch as a Member Attendant then moved to the Welcome Center. Subsequently, I left Tempe and came to East Valley and have now been working at the Welcome Center for 8 months.
I love the time I spend here at the Y. I have made many friends in my short time here, both members and fellow employees. The Y is like a second home to me and gives me a sense of purpose.
I love energy, enthusiasm and dedication of all the A.T Still students and I love our seniors. They are so focused on living a healthy lifestyle. They have so much fun, while building character and learning life lessons that will help them as they grow.
I am a widower with two awesome children (daughter and son) and four beautiful grandkids. In my spare time I like to workout here at the Y and participate in some of our fitness classes. I also like to play golf, do some pistol shooting and play a little pool.
I am originally from Boston, Mass and am a graduate of U or New Hampshire. "
