Ninja blends elements of obstacle course training, gymnastics, parkour, and character development into an exhilarating program. It fosters whole-body movement and strengthens the mind-body connection. Our progressive level system ensures children grow in skills and embrace core values outlined in the Ninja creed while building strength, agility, and confidence at their own pace.

Lil Ninjas Program:

Embark on an exciting journey into the world of athleticism and character-building with Lil Ninjas. Inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and freestyle movement, this entry-level program focuses on developing listening skills, confidence, adaptability, resilience, and manners. Through a carefully designed curriculum of skills and progressions, children explore their potential in a supportive environment.

Youth Ninjas Program:

Dive into a dynamic blend of flips, rolls, jumps, kicks, and obstacle challenges with our Youth Ninjas program. Children test their strength, agility, and coordination while mastering various training techniques. Guided by our progressive level system and the values of the NinjaZone creed, students advance at their own pace, unlocking new skills and achievements. The journey through Ninja is marked by colorful headbands representing levels of achievement: White, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Purple.
