The YMCA Lifeguard Certification program is your gateway to a rewarding career in aquatic safety. Participants receive up-to-date training on preventive measures, rescue techniques, and first aid. The course is robust, covering everything from accident prevention and guarding techniques to CPR Pro (BLS) and Emergency Oxygen Administration. Certification through the American Safety and Health Institute ensures that you leave prepared to protect and serve with a CPR certification, first aid certification, or Basic Life Support certification.
